My Question or Issue I’ve been try to register for premium for the first time but the part where am to put in my payment details won’t come it keeps showing the 3 loading dots and never ends

This type of issue is usually related to some damaged cache stored on your device. First, we'd recommend trying it on an incognito/private window or a different browser to see if it makes any difference. Make sure you're using your own credentials if the page asks you to log in.

 

If the issue persists, would you mind trying it using a different Wi-Fi network? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.
