My Question or Issue

I have my Premium Duo with my mom. When I sign onto Spotify in my phone, it always pulls up her Plan Member profile and I can't figure out how to switch to my own profile. Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

All members of a Premium Duo/Family plan are using their own, separate Spotify accounts. This means that you'll need to use your own login credentials (username/email address and password) instead of the login details of the plan owner.
