I have a family plan, in USA, and I got a new credit card. In my subcriptions there is only optiont to change or cancel the subscription.If I click change then I can cancel or get spotify for students.
How can I contact spotify support to solve this?

It seems like your a member of the Premium for Family plan. In this case, only the owner has access to change the payment info on their account.

Could you try changing your payment method using these steps? It's best to do it using a different browser or incognito mode.

I have tried now in safari incognito mode and it's the same, there is no option to update payment.

Can I cancel it and start a new subscription, - will this affect anything else like saved playlist? will it stops working for a while or the price change?
ok, so I found that another account was set as the master account. so was able to change it finally.
