Can't update payment details after renewing card

Can't update payment details after renewing card

Hello,

My debit card just expired in July and I have gotten a new one to replace it. The card number remains the same, though the 3-digit security code and the expiration date have changed.

I've received the notice that I need to update my information, but every time I enter the new card info, the update doesn't go through, and I get a message that says
"Oops! Something went wrong, please try again."

I've tried using an incognito window, tried using my phone browser, but no matter what I do, nothing seems to work.

I'm wondering if this is because my CC # is the same, but the other details have changed. I have no idea what to do, everything I've tried has failed, and there's no number I can call or support email address where I can get help with my issue.

 

I really love the service, and I'd hate for my subscription to expire, because I use Spotify every day, and I find the advertisements on the free version to be entirely loathsome.

 

If anybody could help, I'd really appreciate it.

Yo tengo exactamente el mismo inconveniente con mi tarjeta de débito pero la diferencia es que la mía no está vencida ni próxima a vencerse y me arroja el mismo mensaje y ya hice lo mismo, ventana incógnito, navegador de PC y nada. Busque en foros y supuestamente el pago es solo con crédito pero hace ya casi un año que vengo haciéndolo con débito y ni pienso hacer el pago con crédito porque me termina saliendo el doble ya que supuestamente es el banco quien me cobra en dólares y no en pesos

hey there! this is really frustrating that there is no way to contact them directly on this matter and they still have not responded to you. I just tried to update my new card info and their website (on all formats) will delete either the month or the year of the expiration date once its selected, then once you hit update it deletes either the month or the year telling you in red (like YOU missed something) that you need to fill in expiration date/ month, always one or the other, so i cannot update my info, its like they want me to leave LOL! but seriously so unprofessional that i cant contact a real person to notify them of their website glitch in this area, apparently if effects more in the payment section. its 2/14/2018 and still no luck.
