Can't upgrade my plan

Trying to upgrade my plan from individual to a duo account, It's not pulling up duo when I click upgrade, and when I go via the Premium plans route it won't allow me to pay...HELP!!!!

Can you give this link a go?

 

You can also try doing this from a incognito window or another device and see if that makes a difference.

Can you let me know your country of residence? Also, can you send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to subscribe? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Sure thing. I'm in SA, followed the link from other entries but the minute I change my country to south africa, payment info falls away. From select payment window, I'd select pay by card, then it redirects to pay by mobile wit a non clickable window...

Thanks for the reply! Can you check if the card is issued in South Africa and if your account is also set correctly to that country?

Could you try following upgrading your plan using this link on another device and if possible - with a different internet network connection?

No luck, the minute i changed the region to South Africa,, the credit card payment fell away

Flip finally worked but question...I've now already paid for a month, what happens to the balance difference, and what happens to my old subscription, will I now have 2 and need to cancel the one?

Glad to hear that it worked out. 

 

If you've updated your subscription successfully, the Premium time you've already paid for and was remaining on your account will be added to your new subscription. It gets automatically recalculated to account for the price differences between the plans.

 

If you've re-subscribed on the same account with the same username/email you don't need to cancel anything 🙂
