Canceled but still charged

Canceled but still charged

I canceled my 3 month trial but I am still being charged. In December I got the offer, 3 months for 6.99, for 2 accounts. For the first account I paid the price and got a premium plan. For the second account they didn’t charge me, I think because it was a new account, but I still got the premium for free. The 3 month offer was due 27/3. That day I tried to cancel the plan for the second account, but it said that the plan was free (but still with premium features), so I couldn't cancel it (the plan for the first account was already canceled). The next day though they charged me, but I didn’t do anything because I thought I was late to cancel the plan,and I left it for another month. But in April I was charged again even though the account says that it is a free plan (not premium anymore). Both accounts have a free plan. Please help me
