Can't use my premium on alexa echo dot

Why my premium account is not working on my amazon echo dot? When I open Alexa app it shows that I'm using the free version when I already have the premium version. Everything works fine on spotify app but not if I try to use it from Alexa app.

When I try to use spotify premium on the  amazon echo dot, it says that i'm not subscribed when I've been using my premium account since 3 months ago. Please help

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
