Mi plan de estudiante finalizó hace un mes y olvidé renovar la licencia pero cuando se llego la fecha de pago en automático se cobró el plan Premium, me di cuenta por el monto que se cobró y cancelé inmediatamente. Vi una opción que decía que si cancelaba me reembolsarían. Después de cancelar el plan Premium volví a activar mi plan estudiante pero se me hicieron ambos cobros (estudiante y Premium) y ha pasado casi un mes y aun no se me reembolsa el dinero del plan Premium que cancelé.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

If the refund was done a month ago, it should be reverted to your bank account by now. So in this case, would you mind confirming in the movements of your bank's app? We recommend checking this info taking into account that depending on the bank, refunds might not be notified. 

 

Also, remember that the refund goes to the card used to make that specific payment. In case you changed the card, we'd recommend checking on the previous one.

 

Lastly, if you still cannot find the refund, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting Customer support directly so they can check your account and confirm the information with you.
