Cancel last payment to use different credit card

Solved!

Cancel last payment to use different credit card

I got charged yesterday for my family plan on a credit card I do not want to use. Is it possible to cancel last payment and use a different credit card?

Thanks

Hey @Empty5,

Thanks for reaching out.

I don't think that's possible. The only possible way to do this would be to request a refund, but then your current Premium Family plan will end, meaning all members will be removed from the plan.

Once your account has reverted back to Spotify Free, you'd be able to subscribe to Premium Family again, using your preferred payment method. Keep in mind that you will then have to invite all plan members again.

If that's something you'd like to do, feel free to reach out to Support at https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

I hope this helps 🙂
