Cancel premium subscription when all i get is the free app

My Question or Issue spotify is getting money for premium from my bank and I'm just getting the free app how do I cancel this so I don't get charged anymore

You can cancel your subscription through your account overview. 

For more details on that, make sure to check out this support article. 

If your account overview says that you're on Spotify Free, follow the steps under the Didn’t work? > My plan is Spotify Free. 

However, if you pay for Premium but it's not working, here are some useful steps as well.
