Hello!  My money was withdrawn from my account, for what kind of subscription!  I want to request a refund for my subscription because my son accidentally activated it.
What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

We understand that this kind of mistake could happen at any point. For these situations, Spotify has a refund policy meeting some requirements, like not being subscribed with a gift card; the charge must have been made less than 14 days ago, among others.

 

However, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly so they can check your account and compensate if necessary.
