We'd first recommend checking out this article in which you'll find some info about what might've happened depending on what you see from your account page. 

 

If your account is currently under the free service, there's a chance that you have another account and that's the one being charged. You can take a look at the suggestions here in order to find out if you have another Spotify account. 

 

In case you still can't find the Premium account, you can reach out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to check the payment and provide further information.

Estimados , el 9/09/24 me debitaron dinero de Spotify, sin mi consentimiento, el plan fue dado de baja hace unos meses atrás.

Pero no soloe descontaron el pago del plan también los impuestos de.mi país q son casi $6000 argentinos.
