My Question or Issue

I family subscription owner (father). And rearranged Spotify family. Closed my family subscription and say to my wife create family subscription on her account. My son can’t connect to my wife family account now, because he get message about 12-month pause.. why? My family subscription canceled and a delete all family members self.

Thanks for writing about this here in the Community. 

 

We're writing back to confirm that, at the moment, Premium Family members will only be able to switch plans once in 12 months. This would explain the error message your son received when trying to become a member of your wife's plan.
