Canceling subscription for a different account to my own

My Question or Issue:

I am looking to cancel a subscription for an account that is not mine, yet whose premium subscription is being paid from my bank account. The bank cannot cancel it from their end, and the person for whom I paid for premium cannot find the account that the premium subscription is going to. The only clue I have is that it is a recurring payment made between the 24th or the 25th of every month; the most recent one having the transaction number S460084750044889.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
