Cancelled subscription, but still billed

Cancelled subscription, but still billed

I cancelled my Spotify Premium subscription before the next billing cycle, but then a week or so later I was billed the subscription fee. However, my account did not recieve premium access. I had an account in the past that was tied to a Facebook account that I have since deleted; I suspect that I was billed for this account (and may have been being billed for it all along) despite having cancelled that account. Since I deleted the associated Facebook account as well, the Spotify account no longer exists and I cannot check its subscripton status.

What can I do to address this situation, ideally reversing charges and preventing any future charges for an inactive account?
