Cancelling "free" subscription that's $10/mo -- and I get ads

Cancelling "free" subscription that's $10/mo -- and I get ads

My account shows I have free service, and I have only 1 account. Because it's shown as free, there is no option to cancel the subsctription, for which I'm charged $10/mo.  How the heck do I get Spotify to cancel?

Hey @amc55, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage and help you find the account you're paying for. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
