My Question or Issue

I am subscribed to the Spotify Duo plan. I want to cancel this subscription and join a family plan. I got a link to join the subscription and I typed in the same address used by my other family members. (Of course, we all live together). However, after submitting the form, I received an error message "There was a problem, try again later".

 

I thought it could be related to the fact I am already subscribed to a Duo plan, so I canceled it and retried to join the family plan. But I got the same error again.

 

Please help me

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Since you've already canceled your Premium Duo plan, you now just need to wait until has ended. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite 🙂

My sister, who used to be my Duo plan partner, managed to accept the family plan invite. How does it make sense?

That totally makes sense because she was simply a member of the plan while you're a plan manager 🙂
