My Question or Issue

 

I was initially subscribed to Spotify Premium Plan. I want to change to Spotify Premium Family plan but was unable to do so as I'm getting an error as seen in the screenshot below. I've tried to switch to Spotify Premium Duo plan but I'm also getting the same error.

I'm registered on Spotify using my Facebook account. I've been making my Spotify Premium payments through my mobile operator.

 

I've noticed a thread with the same issue here. The issue was marked as Fixed but I'm still encountering this issue. 

 

Please advise.

Hey @1277969702, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

You mentioned you were making payments for your Premium subscription through your mobile phone provider. In order to subscribe to Premium Family or Duo, you would first need to cancel with them and wait for your current Premium to end. Then, you can upgrade to Premium Family or Premium Duo.
