I can't purchase student plan as when I click on the rental plan nothing happens.

Tried everything, different devices, Uninstaller and again installed
everything. Not working.

Can you confirm if you’re using the monthly subscription option shown in the screenshot, or are you trying the one-time payment option?

If you’re using the one-time payment, I’d suggest trying the monthly option instead.

If the issue persists, you could also try using a different payment method to see if that helps. If you’re still running into trouble, feel free to share a screenshot of the error message so I can take a closer look.
