Cant cancel old subscription

I have 2 accounts on the same email i cant access My old account to cancel the sub and i am paying double ive tried the reset pasword thing but it resets the account that i am using.Question form is not answering My question!! Tried so many Times

I'm sorry to hear this. There is a possibility you have signed up using a different email address because Spotify doesn't allow the same email address being used on two accounts. In this case, I'd recommend checking out this guide for finding accounts.

Once you find your account - keep in mind when you cancel your subscription, you'll still be able to use your Premium content until your billing date. After that date, you'll be reverted to the free ad-supported version of the service. You can also find steps on canceling your subscription here.
