Just to confirm, are you still unable to subscribe to Premium? No worries, you can do it here. 

If you're getting any error messages, would you mind sending us a screenshot of it? We'll take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Hi Eni,

Actually the problem was I paid for a premium plan and payment was successful but I still didn't get premium. But after sometime I got the premium so I was afraid if I lost my money. It took quiet sometime to get my premium almost around half an hour. No problem now 🙂
