I want to say that by mistake my frnd has bought Spotify premium subscription and i am not in condition to buy it due to financial problems... So i request u to pls cancel my pack and if possible return the money pls 😭😭

We all make mistakes, and buying a subscription could be one of them. If the subscription was less than 14 days ago, you can ask for a refund that will revert the subscription back to free.

 

However, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check the account that has the active subscription and help you further.

 

It's possible that they may need the payment information that was registered to verify that you're the account owner, so it's worth having this info handy.
