Cant make a payment after updating payment information

My Question or Issue

I missed my payment because my card got cancelled - the app switched me back to a free version of spotify. After updateing my card information I am unable to complete my subscription. After trying to pay I am not getting the option of country it only gives me the option to enter a USA address and I dont live there. Dont have the option to change the country for billing address. Please help

Have you tried changing your country setting here yet? Make sure you don't have any VPN or Proxy enabled.
