3 months free premium is a scam

Since it's been shown to me every single day on every single social media platform, I signed up for the 3 months free premium. It lasted a week. I've open my Spotify today and I see that I've been put back on the free plan. Valid card, valid email, no issues when signing up and it worked for literally 7 whole days.

It’s true, I also took advantage of the offer. When I made the payment, money was deducted from my account, and it’s been two days with no activation of the premium service. I spoke with customer service, and all they say is that they didn’t deduct any money on their end and that the payment is ‘pending.’ It’s a scam.

I have also had the same issue. Reported to over a week ago, and the second tier support are supposedly looking in to it. Had a chat this morning with Spotify Support and still no update.
