Change country with account that has been subscribed?

my account has been subscribed one year ( I bought the gift ), And now I move to Singapore to work, Can I change to country to singapore?

You'll be able to change your country settings once the subscription you started with this gift card is expired.

To further clarify, if you moved to Singapore you'd be able to keep using Spotify Premium during the subscription period and there'd be no need to update your Spotify country.
