Change from Premium individual plan to basic individual not working within manage your subscription

My Question or Issue

I am trying to use the change plan facility in my 'manage subscription'. My current plan is premium individual subscription and it says that an individual basic plan is available to change to. However when I select the button change plan and then select the basic plan it comes up with a box saying error, something went wrong, try again. I have numerous times. How do I get past this ?

Thanks for reaching out & sorry to see this has been happening.

In case the issue persists, could you let us know if it happens with an incognito browser window?
It's also worth a shot to try with a different device and/ or internet connection. Make sure you're not using any VPN services.

 

In case nothing helps, we'd like to see a screenshot of the error you're getting.
