Change plan manager on our duo premium account

I am the current plan manager of our duo premium account but do not use the listening hours. How can I make my wife the plan manager so she can use these hours?

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the plan manager once signed up. You would have to cancel it and wait for the subscription to end. Once the current subscription has ended, a new Premium Duo plan can be started through your wife's account 🙂
