can't add someone on duo plan

I tried adding my wife by sending her an invite link it takes her to my account (plan manager) and just logs her in my account and says you are already a member?

Thanks for reaching out.

If you’re using the same device, make sure the plan manager (you) logs out before anyone opens an invite link. Invited members need to log in to (or sign up for) their own account to join. 🙂
