My Question or Issue

I logged into account and changed the credit card details. I have been subscribing to Premium Family previously. Later in the day received email that I and the family members have lost access. I logged back to the account this morning and proceeded to payment page and successfully paid only to realise that it had defaulted to premier single. To upgrade to family I now have to make a fully premium family payment.

 

Need some help to get the subscription plan changed without making another full payment, would like to just pay the differential and have the settings restored

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You should be able to change your plan back to Premium Family without any extra charge. You can do this by simply subscribing here.

 

The remaining Premium Individual time will be converted into Premium Family time. However, as the Premium Family plan has a higher price, your next payment date will be a few days earlier than expected. 

 

Once you're back on the Premium Family plan, you can go ahead and invite the other members.
