Household member unable to join duo plan

Household member unable to join duo plan

I have purchased a duo plan but when my partner uses the link to join, it says we need to live at the same address (which we do) and we are unable to proceed. My original account was set up in Australia but now I live in Indonesia. The account address on my account is my Indonesian address.
