Changed my Subscription method, tooks the money but weird email showed up ?

My Question or Issue

I am Premium user for a long time. However I changed my sub payment monthly to one time payment for a year then payment done nicely. But I took an email about my subscription which says " We have sent you some emails about your payment  which hasn't done yet ! Your subscription about end in 2 days..."

What to do ?

Hey @andir621 Welcome to the Spotify Community!

I believe the email is trying to say that your transaction is still being processed by your bank. And that your subscription is going to end in 2 days. 

By any chance did you get an email with a receipt in it, stating that you have bought the 1 year long premium? 

If you did get that email then you don't have to worry about your subscription ending in 2 days because your new 1 year premium will take over.
