Premium for college student question

Premium for college student question

I had free spotify but recently became a college student. When I did the manual verification I had the email "saying I was verified" sent to my old email. I just changed to my newest one however I'm afraid the email will be sent to my old email and not my new email. Do I need to redo the process again or wait and see if my new one gets it? I grt charged $5 everytime I do this so it really sucks when there are issues everytime I do this. Thank you!

No you don't have to redo your application for the Student Premium. If you switch email addresses then all future emails from Spotify will go to your new one.

Well It said I should recieve a email stating if I'm verified or not as a college student or eligible but I have not seen anything. I'm pretty sure it was sent to the wrong email (Not my current one).

 

I've also been charged 3 times for $5 which is weird because I've only tried to do it twice. And I still don't have premium.

Once you get an email, the email contains a receipt that tells you that the transaction was sucessful and you now have the Student Premium Discount. Usually it take about 48 hours for the transaction to be finalized. If you applied for the Student Discount more than 48 hours ago, check your bank account and see whether the transaction was completed. If it states that its still pending then that means the transaction hasn't been completed.
