My Question or Issue

Hello! I am trying to change my region in Spotify from Mexico to USA in order to update my form of payment, but when I try to change it, Spotify won’t allow it. Why is this? How can I fix it? For the record, I do now live in the USA and have now for some time. Thank you!

I'm not a premium user, but I believe you'll have to wait until your subscription expires and your account reverts to Free - once this happens, you'll be able to change the current country and payment info on your account page.
