Changing countries & joining new family plan

Hello,

I have a US based premium plan.  I have since moved to Germany because I got married and have been unable to change my country and join my husband's family plan.

Anything I can do?  I've tried changing my payment method so that I can change countries so that I can join his family plan and it doesn't seem to be working.

Thanks for reaching out.

If you've successfully updated your payment method to one that's been issued in Germany, you'll need to wait until your next billing date as your country setting won't update until then.

Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription and just change the country setting through the dropdown menu once you're back on Spotify Free. 🙂
