Changing payment of Premium

Hi, I am currently enrolled in Premium, billed through my credit card. However I found out my post paid line through my mobile provider (Globe Philippines) entitles me to free Spotify. How do I change it to be billed through my service provider?

My partner (Keith Konn) used to have a premium account but now has joined the family account but is still being charged.  I was under the impression that this would stop automatically.  Can you please let me know how we can sort this out.
