Charged 3 Times in a Month

My Question or Issue

Hey there,

I normally use a student account and I pay for my premium around 18th of each month. But in March I had been charged 3 times. 3rd of March Premium, 18th of March Premium for students, and 28th of March Premium. Which costs me 44.97 Turkish Liras while normally I only suppose to pay 8.99 Turkish Liras. And none of the transactions are on hold by bank, all of them are done. I checked my other e-mails and it turns out that I dont have any other account. 

I want my money BACK.

You can start by taking a look at your Receipts page to see the charges taken for the account you're using.

If you don't see all the charges there, it's possible that you have another account with us.

You can take a look at this page under "Do you have more than one Premium account?" to see the next steps you can take if you're not able to locate the other account.

One last thing, we removed your attached photo to protect your payment info.
