Charged even after cancelling

Charged even after cancelling

I have 2 spirit accounts and I accidentally renewed wth premium with wrong email. I quickly realized this and cancelled my subscription within 5 mins. I received notifications that the premium was cancelled. However, I was still charged 9.99 in November and December but I cancelled so I need to know how to get that money returned to me as I was charged in error.

 

please help!
