Charged me 5 times even though I paid already student discount

Charged me 5 times even though I paid already student discount

I have signed up for the student discount but it charged me like 5 times for the same thing and it charged me on another card I had. Please help, I only paid for one month so far, not five

Hey @Trbui56! Thanks for writing.

 

Have you checked with your bank if the charges you mention are pending or successful? In case they're pending, they should return to your bank account shortly. You can find more about pending payments here. Also, keep in mind that the student discount process is managed by our friends from SheerID. They could take up to several days to review your application and send you a confirmation email.

 

In case your charges have been sucessful and your account is still on Free after you receive the email from SheerID and complete the process, our customer support team will be glad to help you out with this one. You can get in touch with them via email, Twitter or Facebook. They'll reply to your message as soon as possible.
