Charged too many times

Charged too many times

I have been charged $11 three times within 1 month (July 20-August 27). The contract states it is only around $10 every month. I am being overcharged and I would appreciate a refund. I also did not receive a full 30 day free trial. I was only given 15 days. Please send a refund. Thank you.

If the payments show as pending, you can check here what's going on. 

 

The other possibility might be that you’ve created a second account and subscribed to that one too. Are the charges on different dates? Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify--that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered or you can go here and investigate a bit more.
