Student premium is given me trouble. Debit card won't work.

I want to get premium for students, and my college is listed, but it still wont recognize me as a student.  Also, i know everything about my debit card is fine, but it says that my card is having a bad day....

We'd recommend going here and check if your card meets the requirements. Also, could you let us know what's happening with your student discount?

Are you getting an error message? If so, a screenshot would be helpful.
