My Question or Issue

I was on their free trial and then I heard of the Free Google Mini Offer if you have a premium account. I paid for my Premium Student account and I tried to link my Google with my account. Then, it would take me to a page that says "

We couldn’t confirm your eligibility

We're sorry, an unknown error has occurred.
Please try again later."

 

I tried again hours later and days later, it wouldn't work. I checked forums on here and the solutions didn't work. I tried to go incognito to claim it, I tried to log out of my account and log back in, I also tried to claim it on my phone. Nothing worked.

 

Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you.

Hey @nyltiakssim

That's unfortunate. The best thing you can do now is getting in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
