First up, we suggest that you take a look at your receipts here to verify if the payment has gone through. If you can't see it there, we'd recommend asking your payment provider about the status of the payment.

 

If you've made sure that you've been charged, it's possible that you have another Premium account. You can check that by following the steps here

 

If you can't find any other accounts, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a better look at what might be happening.
