I received an email offering to Come back to premium, but once I tried to accept this offer I get this message 

 

"Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium."

I remember such an offer but it was from a few months ago and it's no longer active.
Could you check and let us know the date on which you've received this email? We'd gladly take a look into this for you 🙂

I received the email on January 22.

email subject:Ready for Ad-free music listening again?

We really appreciate your cooperation @calasanzio.

 

It would be best to reach out to Customer Support that can take a look both at the email and your account backstage. You can contact them via one of the ways that are mentioned here.

 

To make things easier, make sure to send them a screenshot of the email that you received where both your email address and the sender's email address are visible, as well as the date you received it on.
