Country error, money withdrawn and student fee not issued

Solved!

Country error, money withdrawn and student fee not issued

I had an error with the country, supposedly it was not the same as on the account, but I was where I was when I created the account.
I have no confirmation from the bank about the withdrawal of money.
So I tried 2 times through paypal, an error came out and the money was withdrawn
Then I went through the phone and it turned out through a direct transfer by card.
My card was charged 2 times for $2.50.
and 1 time when it already worked
Premium was given only for 1 month until 24.03
Is there any way I can get my $5 back?
The spotify receipts say that they paid only 1 time.
That is, I essentially bought a student subscription to spotify 3 times but it worked like 1 time.

Hey @Nedonosok,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

To check if you'll need to request a refund from Spotify for the charges with your other payment method, you can take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged multiple times for a certain month. If you don't see extra payments there, it means that they haven't gone through successfully on our end and you should receive them back automatically in a few days.

We'd also recommend that you check the payment status on your bank statement. If it shows as pending or processing, it’s only a temporary authorization charge made by your payment provider. The funds should be returned shortly as I mentioned earlier.

Hope it gets sorted out soon. If you need anything else, the Community is here for you.
