Debit Card Payment in Indonesia

My Question or Issue:

Hi! I am trying to connect to Premium Plan and Spotify offers me to pay with local Indonesian e-wallets. But I just want to pay with my Wise debit card. Is it possible to do that? I do not have access to local e-wallets. I've read this thread (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Subscriptions/Credit-Debit-card-is-not-supported-for-Indonesia-as-a...) and seems like the problem was not really solved, and that is why I am re-opening the issue.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

If the payment method you'd like to use isn't being offered to you on the payment page, it is, unfortunately, currently not available in your country/region.

This was already said in the thread you mentioned and hasn't changed since.

Hi maxim, your utterly useless response was not helpful at all, as there are several payment options available however after trying to process payment through any of these available options an error occurs.

I get that you’re frustrated, but let’s keep it real: not every answer is meant for every question. The original post specifically asked if it’s possible to use a payment method not listed on the payment page, which is exactly what I addressed.

If you’re having issues with a specific payment method, the best place to post about it would be here.
