Denying access

Denying access

For some odd reason, despite having money on my card, Spotify says I’m not eligible for premium individual. It literally won’t let me put in my card and idk how to fix it.

Just to confirm, are you getting any error messages? If so, could you send us a screenshot of it? We'll take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.


On another note, we'd recommend trying again on a different device and from an incognito window. If the issue persists, it's worth giving a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens. 

 

Lastly, you can double check if the payment method you'd like to use meets all the requirements mentioned here
