Depending on Device I have Premium or not.

I've been a Spotify premium subscriber for four years. I just moved from Turkey to Germany. I switched my subscription to Germany and paid the new premium fee for Germany. I was instructed to log off accounts on all devices, which I did. On my laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad; about 5 years old, Windows 10) I get premium (so no ads in my podcasts). I listen to the SAME podcast episode on my phone or tablet and I get (German language) ads. I have logged off on those accounts. I have also completely restarted the devices. However, nothing helps. The devices indicate my location as Germany.

I prefer to listen to Spotify on my phone (Xiaomi Redmi 9)  or tablet (Samsung S7). I don't really use it on my computer. So the adds on my mobile devices are really annoying.

Any idea on how to rectify this? (When I go to my account it confirms I am a premium member and I did pay the subscription for a premium membership).

Thanks for reaching out, I'll try to help. Can you check which subscription plan shows when you log into your account page from both Desktop and mobile devices? I'd also recommend checking out this Support article to help you figure out whether you might have accidentally logged into an additional account.
