I’ve been billed 5 times this month!!!

I’ve been billed 5 times this month!!!

 I live in Ecuador and have a premium account. The device I use is an IPhone X. 

This month I’ve been billed nine times for my premium account. I have no idea if you’re having issues because I see several messages on double billing or something, but 5 times that’s ridiculous. I would like my money back or for you to not charge for the coming 4 months.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing it. In this case, I recommend that you contact our friends from the Customer Support team. They will be able to help you better with this situation. You can choose the best channel for you and explain your issue. Someone will help you as soon as possible.
Just for your information, the Customer Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours by email. And you can also tweet to @SpotifyCares on Twitter or message Spotify Cares on Facebook. Last, but not least, in some countries, there is also the possibility to chat with someone directly from the Contact webpage.
