Did I get banned from Spotify ?

I received an e-mail saying my bank refunded a 9.99 euro purchase (which was my monthly Spotify fee) and now I can't log in using facebook ?

I can't even create a new account, what's going on ?

Is there any error messages being shown, if so - please send screenshots of them. 

Also, make sure to try another browser or incognito mode to see if that makes a difference.
