My Question or Issue

Since September this year, I am an enrolled student and therefore have applied for the student discount. This means that instead of the usual 9.99 per month, I should get charged 4.99. Yet, every month, I am still charged the 9.99 IN ADDITION to the 4.99. How can this be stopped? I am being overcharged monthly.

 I do not have another account that I am paying for.
